– the Progress Center – available for leasing.

and range in sizes from 1,000 to 20,000 square feet. Gross
lease terms conveniently vary between two to five years with
rates of $12 to $15 per square foot. Services and amenities
include janitorial, maintenance, and repair service, secure
control of access, conference rooms, Fiber Optic T-1 communications
lines, and 3-Phase electric service.
Companies also have the option to build facilities to suit
their specialized needs, which they can then lease or purchase.
