Labs, offices, open work areas, and executive suits are available and range in sizes from 1,000 to 20,000 square feet. Gross lease terms conveniently vary between two to five years with rates of $12 to $15 per square foot. Services and amenities include janitorial, maintenance, and repair service, secure control of access, conference rooms, Fiber Optic T-1 communications lines, and 3-Phase electric service.

Companies also have the option to build facilities to suit their specialized needs, which they can then lease or purchase.
