ORAGENICS, INC.
13700 PROGRESS BLVD.
ALACHUA, FL 32615
ORAGENICS, INC. is developing two technologies
that address major markets. The Company's Replacement Therapy
is designed to control and eliminate dental caries by replacing
the cavity-causing Streptococcus mutans bacteria with a genetically
modified strain of the bacteria that will not cause tooth
decay. Animal studies are underway; human clinical trials
are expected to begin in 2004. The second technology is a
new generation antibiotic. Antibiotic-resistant bacteria have
become the greatest threat to effective health care today.
Oragenics is developing a robust antibiotic, mutacin 1140
that kills bacterial pathogens without any evidence to date
of resistance from the target pathogen. Both technologies
were created by Oragenics founder, Dr. Jeffrey Hillman, and
they have been licensed from the University of Florida. Contact:

AXOGEN NERVE REGENERATION is a biomedical
company developing products that will allow surgeons to repair
and regenerate peripheral nerves more successfully than ever
before. Every year in the US, several million people suffer
peripheral nerve injuries, a major source of disability that
impairs the ability to move muscles or to feel normal sensations.
AxoGen, utilizing a seasoned management team with a strong
track record, is revolutionizing peripheral nerve procedures
based on scientific breakthroughs that reveal the mechanism
of axon growth and regeneration. Contact: Jamie Grooms, CEO,

BANYAN BIOMARKERS, INC’ is focused
on commercializing novel biomarker in vitro diagnostic products
to address unmet clinical needs associated with organ injury.
Our initial diagnostic products will be used for the detection
and monitoring of traumatic brain injury (TBI). Until now,
no simple, point-of-care blood test existed for use by physicians
in the emergency room or in the hospital to detect the presence
and severity of brain trauma. Banyan research has identified
unique and proprietary biomarkers present in the patient's
blood following injury to the brain. Detecting these
biomarkers will provide early indications of brain trauma
essential for earlier intervention and management. Banyan's
other development program includes biomarker tests for other
injured organs such as heart, liver and lungs.

of T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire spectratyping to researchers
and clinicians. The analysis can accurately display internal
characteristics of T cell immune response to HIV, EBV, CMV
and other viral infections, autoimmune diseases, tumors, and
bone marrow transplantation without the need for in vitro
growth of T cells. The company is also specialized in developing
diagnostic/prognostic markers and TCR based immunotherapy
for human diseases based on its platform technologies. Contact:

CELUNOL CORP. is a biotechnology company
that has developed and is engaged in the commercialization
of technology that converts low or zero cost agricultural,
woody and fibrous materials into fuel ethanol using patented
bio-engineered organisms. The U.S. market for fuel ethanol,
which passed 5 billion gallons in 2006, is projected to grow
rapidly over the next decade to meet President Bush's goal
of a 20% reduction in gasoline use by 2017. Celunol's high-yield
production process is expected to offer large operating cost
advantages over conventional production methods, which use
corn or petroleum as feedstock, and will sharply reduce exposure
to feedstock price volatility. Development work at the BDI
is currently supporting Celunol's construction of a 1.4-million
gallon/yr. ethanol plant near Jennings, LA, targeted for startup
in early 2008. Successful completion of this demonstration-scale
plant is expected to pave the way for several commercial-scale
developments.Contact: Gregory Luli, 386.418.4050, gluli@celunol.com,

ECOARRAY, LLC is developing a proprietary
genomics database that can be used to make a number of related
products including environmental testing gene arrays, contract
analysis, laboratory test kits, and human toxicology testing
products. Widespread public concern about chemicals found
in the environment that may act as endocrine disruptors has
resulted in a governmental mandate to develop assays to monitor
for these compounds. Analysis of contaminants at the gene
level is particularly useful in monitoring for endocrine disruptors
since the main effect of hormones is to alter gene expression.

and license genetic technologies for horticultural, agricultural
and food production industries. IPG is developing environmentally
sound and sustainable genetic alternatives to make plants
resistant to diseases without using costly and toxic chemical
pest control. IPG’s unique genetic modification approaches
are designed and developed to be safe for human and animal
consumption. According to the Grocery Manufacture’s
Association, over 70% of the groceries in U.S. shelves are
already made with some genetically engineered component. IPG
is also the first and only agricultural genetic engineering
company in Florida, the second largest agriculture products
producing state in the U.S. Contact: Dean Gabriel, CEO, 386.418.3494,

intravenous anesthetic. Contact: 386.462.5740.
NANOTHERAPEUTICS INC. is a specialty biopharmaceutical
company applying unique formulation nanotechnologies to create
novel and enhanced drug delivery solutions for new and approved
drug compounds. The Company's technologies increase bioavailability
and improve dispersion for most classes of drugs. Further
