The city of Alachua is a high technology, professionally
geared area with a small town feel. We strive to create the

The property itself borders the San Felasco State Park and
is nestled among rolling hills, fields, and pine trees. A
number of springs are also located nearby, including Ichetucknee,
Fanning, and Ginnie Springs. Downtown Alachua and the nearby
Alachua Town Centre provide good shopping and wholesome family
fun.
A mere fifteen minutes away, Gainesville’s downtown
area offers an eclectic blend of relaxed culture and a thriving
nightlife, and the sights and attractions of such larger cities
as Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando are only a brief drive
away.
