About the Park
Conveniently located in the heart of North Central Florida,
the Progress Corporate Park is home to a diverse, flourishing
business community.
Initially conceived as a research and development incubator
with continued ties to the University of Florida, the park
now houses owners and tenants ranging from renowned mega-firms
to promising start-ups. Our mission is to provide growing
